Burn permits are issued from the Pinion Pine Fire District for district residents. Please contact Fire Station 52 at (928) 692-1498 or e-mail us to arrange a date and time to issue a burn permit. Please provide us your name, address, phone number and best contact time.

• The area for burning must have thirty (30) feet of clearance to bare mineral soil from any combustibles.
  
• An adult, with hand tools (Ie. Shovel) and a hose connected to a reliable water source which encompasses the burn area.
• You must have a working phone number so we can contact you if the burning regulations change during the time of your permit.
• Burn piles must be completely extinguished by the end of each burn period.

Burn permits will not be issued during fire season or while fire restrictions are in place. Fire season generally begins May 1st and ends when adequate monsoonal moisture is received in the region. For information on current fire restrictions in Mohave County, you can visit firerestrictions.us.
